Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and grease or line your bread tin with baking paper.
Ad all the ingredients, EXCEPT the almonds or extras you have chosen, to the blender. Blitz until smooth.
Add any extras you wish (like chocolate chips) and mix through with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into the greased bread tin and scatter the almond flakes over the top.
Bake for 40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
You can also store it in a container in the fridge.
